Compensation: $45,000-$65,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in selecting automotive parts while providing exceptional service to both internal and external customers (retail and shop)
- Answer incoming telephone calls, provide pricing, and respond to inquiries
- Process parts orders from technicians, retail customers, telephone inquiries, and wholesale accounts
- Receive and process payments from retail customers
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and in accordance with dealership guidelines
- Perform duties requiring the ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Qualifications and Skills

- Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage and resolve difficult customer situations
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to follow established procedures and policies




- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Self-motivation with the ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and technical/mechanical repairs Basic computer proficiency
