Food World Plus is looking for an experienced Pasta Chef / Pasta Cook to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing fresh pasta dishes, sauces, and meals while maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service.

The ideal candidate has experience working in a restaurant, café, grocery kitchen, or food service environment and enjoys creating fresh, high-quality food for customers.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a variety of pasta dishes according to recipes and customer preferences.
- Prepare pasta sauces, toppings, vegetables, and other ingredients.
- Ensure proper cooking techniques, portion control, and food presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized cooking station.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
- Monitor food quality and freshness of ingredients.
- Assist with food preparation, inventory control, and kitchen organization.
- Handle customer orders accurately and provide excellent service.
- Support daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

- 1–2 years of experience as a Pasta Chef, Line Cook, Cook,



or similar kitchen role.
- Experience preparing pasta dishes and Italian-style cuisine is an asset.
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking methods, and kitchen safety.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Experience

- Restaurant or café kitchen experience.
- Grocery store prepared foods/kitchen experience.
- High-volume food service experience.
- Experience with fresh ingredients and made-to-order meals.
