Responsibilities

- Welcome patients and provide an exceptional customer experience.

- Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments.

- Explain treatment plans, pricing, and financing options.

- Assist patients with completing registration forms and maintaining accurate medical records.

- Coordinate communication between patients and healthcare providers.

- Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries promptly.

- Follow up with prospective and existing patients to improve treatment acceptance.

- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.

- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with clinic policies.

- Support daily clinic operations and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, healthcare, hospitality, or sales.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and scheduling/EMR software.





- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Qualified, friendly, and patient-focused attitude.

- Previous experience in a medical, dental, or cosmetic clinic is considered an asset.

Preferred Skills

- Sales or consultation experience.

- Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR).

- Experience with treatment coordination or patient navigation.

- Ability to build rapport and manage sensitive conversations.

Compensation

- CAD $25–30/hour + performance bonuses (typical for experienced candidates in private clinics)
