Competitive hourly wage: CA$20.00–CA$23.00 per hour, based on experience.

Location: In Person, Brampton, ON.

What You'll Do

- Make high-volume outbound calls to patients and warm leads.
- Convert inquiries into quality booked appointments using proven systems.
- Welcome and assist patients at the front desk.
- Coordinate provider schedules to keep the clinic running efficiently.
- Manage patient communication by phone, text, and email.
- Achieve daily and weekly booking goals.
- Participate in ongoing training and occasional travel to the USA.

What We're Looking For

- 3–5 years of experience in a sales-focused or healthcare office environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Someone who enjoys being on the phone and thrives in a fast-paced environment.




- Strong organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.
- A positive, coachable attitude with a genuine heart to serve people.
- Valid passport and ability to travel for training.
- Availability for one evening and one weekend training session each month.
