About the Role
We are looking for a relationship focused, organized, and highly professional Patient Coordinator to join our team.
In this role, you will be the primary relationship manager for prospective surgical patients by helping guide patients through the consultation, decision making and surgical booking process. You will work closely with surgeons, nursing staff, Surgical Coordinators, and clinic leadership to ensure a seamless and supportive patient experience from consultation through surgery booking.

What You'll Be Doing:
Patient Consultation & Coordination
- Coordinate patient consultations and support the patient journey from inquiry through surgical booking
- Provide patients with information regarding procedures, timelines, pricing, financing, and scheduling
- Support patients in understanding surgical options, expectations, and next steps
- Act as a primary point of contact for patient questions and ongoing communication
- Facilitate a professional, supportive, and patient-centered consultation experience
Surgical Booking & Scheduling
- Coordinate surgery bookings in alignment with surgeon and clinic schedules
- Schedule consultations, surgery dates, and post-operative appointments
- Coordinate payment collection and surgical deposits
- Collaborate with Surgical Coordinators to support smooth patient hand-offs and surgical readiness
- Support schedule adjustments and operational coordination as required
Patient Communication & Relationship Management
- Respond to patient inquiries regarding procedures, timelines, and clinic services
- Manage patient follow-up communication and conversion support
- Address patient concerns and escalate issues appropriately when required
- Support continuity of care and positive patient experience throughout the surgical journey
- Build strong patient relationships through professional and compassionate communication
Operational Support
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and scheduling information
- Collaborate with coordinators, nursing staff, and leadership teams to support workflow continuity
- Support clinic operations during high-volume periods
- Participate in patient education events and clinic initiatives as required
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of patient coordination, healthcare administration, or customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and patient service abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and scheduling skills
- High attention to detail and professionalism
- Experience working with EMR, CRM, or scheduling systems preferred
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Job Type: Full time Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
