Part of a rapidly expanding brand of clinics across Ontario, we are quickly expanding and looking for a service oriented, enthusiastic, professional Patient Care Technician to join this brand new location and grow together to the full potential.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Must be comfortable with treating male genitalia (Urology)
- Outstanding interpersonal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism and care in personal presentation.
- Medical care background and experience
- Ability to sell and upsell treatments and products
- Languages - English fluent
- This position is for male candidates only.
- Phlebotomy Certificate (preferred) with experience in venipuncture and blood specimen collection.

Daily Responsibilities – Clinical:

- Performing Urology Shockwave treatments and hair restoration treatments
- Assessing patient condition and determine appropriate treatment in response to patient concerns.
- Organizing and sanitizing the clinic in preparation for treatments
- Maintain quality service by following organization standards.
- Stock, clean, and prepare treatment rooms.
- Accurately document charts and update patient profiles after treatments
- Handle admin tasks including phone responsibilities, managing client files, conducting follow-up calls.




- Performing venipuncture and collecting blood specimens in accordance with clinic protocols (if applicable).

Daily Responsibilities – Sales:

- Provide detailed explanations of services and treatment benefits
- Build patient trust and upsell appropriate products and packages
- Follow up with patients to encourage treatment plan adherence and rebooking
- Maintain monthly sales targets and participate in incentive programs
- Track and report sales performance metrics
