Salary Range: $27.00 To $30.00 Hourly The team at Bright Dental Centre located in Russell, ON are looking for a passionate, hard‑working Patient Care Coordinator on a full time basis.

The ideal Patient Care Coordinator for our team will be highly motivated to facilitate the patient’s office experience in being seamless and ensure the patient leaves well informed and prepared for their next appointment.

SCHEDULE

- 37-40 hours per week
- Monday-Friday 7:45am-4:15pm

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR





- 2+ years of experience as a dental office administrator / receptionist
- Previous experience as a Patient Care Coordinator is a must
- Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Experience with dental practice management software such as Dentrix is considered an asset
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills
- Is organized and enjoys multitasking
- Has a positive attitude and loves working as part of a team
