Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d’un PCO Senior pour un contrat d’une durée de 12 mois avec possibilité de renouvellement.

MANDAT

- Soutenir la planification et le suivi des projets TI (portée, coûts, risques)
- Participer à la préparation des comités de suivi et de gouvernance de projets
- Produire les tableaux de bord et indicateurs de performance de gestion
- Analyser la conformité des projets aux cadres et bonnes pratiques établis
- Évoluer au sein d'une direction de plus de 100 professionnels
- Œuvrer dans un environnement basé sur Azure DevOps et Microsoft Project

PROFIL

- 7+ années d'expérience comme Analyste en Gestion de Projets TI (PCO)
- Expérience dans au moins trois mandats d'envergure de 12 mois et plus
- Connaissance des méthodes de gestion de projets agiles et traditionnelles
- Habileté à gérer plusieurs priorités dans un environnement multi-équipes
- Capacité à consolider et présenter une information de gestion fiable
- Sens aigu de l'organisation, de la coordination et de la rigueur
- Certification PMP, PMI-ACP ou équivalente (atout)
- BAC en informatique, en administration des affaires ou domaine connexe
- Français requis

PROFILE

- 7+ years of experience as a Senior IT Project Management Analyst (PCO)
- Experience in at least three large-scale mandates of 12 months or more
- Knowledge of agile and traditional project management methods
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a multi-team environment
- Ability to consolidate and present reliable management information
- Strong sense of organization, coordination and rigor
- PMP, PMI-ACP or equivalent certification (asset)
- Bachelor's degree in IT, business administration or a related field
- French required
