HireLoft Recruitment is partnering with a well-established and rapidly growing insurance brokerage in the north end of the Greater Toronto Area to find a Personal Lines Manager to lead one of their busiest teams. This is an urgent, newly opened leadership seat on a high-performing, collaborative team, with a clear runway to grow as the business expands.

What you will do

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of experienced and developing account managers, tailoring your support to each person's skill level.

- Run regular one-to-ones and team meetings, keeping everyone aligned on changes, priorities, and results.

- Own team performance: track productivity and engagement, complete performance reviews, and support career growth.

- Onboard and train new hires and help them ramp quickly.

- Carry out quality reviews and make sure the team follows carrier and company guidelines.

- Partner with senior management on technical and operational matters,



and build strong relationships across branches.

What we are looking for

- A RIBO or OTL license (OTL is fine, it transfers over easily). CIP or CAIB is a plus.

- Solid personal lines insurance experience and solid knowledge of policies and products.

- Prior experience leading, supervising, or mentoring a team, ideally of account managers or CSRs.

- A coaching mindset and the ability to keep a team motivated under pressure.

- Strong communication and organizational skills; comfortable with broker management systems and Microsoft Office.

Compensation & benefits

- Competitive base in the range of $90,000 to $110,000, depending on experience.

- Four weeks vacation plus personal days.
