Job Responsibilities

- Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support to enhance comfort and independence

- Support clients with medication administration following prescribed instructions to ensure safety and adherence to care plans

- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs, promoting health and enjoyment during mealtimes

- Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a tidy living environment to ensure safety and hygiene

- Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness and foster social engagement

- Monitor clients’ health status, report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals promptly

- Assist with mobility and transfers using proper techniques to prevent falls or injuries

Experience





- Prior experience working in assisted living facilities or nursing homes is highly valued

- Demonstrated experience caring for seniors or individuals with disabilities, including those with dementia or cognitive impairments

- Knowledge of medication administration procedures and safety protocols

- Proven caregiving skills with a compassionate approach to supporting clients’ physical and emotional needs

- Experience performing household chores such as cleaning and meal preparation in a home care setting is preferred

Pay: $17.85-$29.16 per hour
