Personal Trainers & Group Fitness Instructors — Strength, Barre, Pilates & Yoga
Reina Ray Fitness — North Delta, BC
Independent Contractor / Freelance
$35–$50 per session, based on experience, qualifications and service type
Join the Reina Ray coaching team
Reina Ray Fitness is growing, and we're looking for 2–4 qualified fitness and movement professionals to join our boutique training studio as independent contractors.
We are currently prioritizing

Candidates qualified in both personal training and group fitness are especially welcome, but you do not need to provide both services to apply. We're looking for coaches and instructors who care about helping people become stronger, move well and build sustainable confidence with exercise—not simply putting clients through hard workouts.
Reina Ray serves a diverse community that includes busy professionals, adults returning to exercise, women 40+, pregnant and postpartum clients, beginners, and people who may feel intimidated or underserved by traditional gym environments.
Our approach is client-centred, inclusive and focused on progressive, intelligent training and movement.

We welcome professionals from a range of fitness and movement backgrounds, including:
- Personal Training

- Yoga
- Strength & Mobility
- Circuit Training
- Step / Cardio
- Mobility & Flexibility
- Prenatal & Postpartum Fitness
- Small Group Training
- Specialty movement and fitness disciplines
You do not need to be qualified in every format. We're interested in professionals who bring strong expertise in their own discipline and whose approach complements Reina Ray's broader training philosophy.
Multi-certified coaches and instructors are especially welcome.

You control your availability
Contractors independently determine the booking windows they choose to make available to Reina Ray through Momence.
There is no required minimum availability, and contractors are not required to reserve priority availability for Reina Ray.
Contractors may add, change or remove unbooked availability at their discretion.
Reina Ray may offer or place compatible client engagements within availability a contractor has chosen to make bookable. Once an engagement has been accepted or booked within that availability, the contractor is responsible for fulfilling the engagement or following the applicable cancellation or substitution process.
Contractors remain free to provide services to other studios, businesses and private clients, including during periods when they have not made themselves available to Reina Ray.
Engagements outside a contractor's published availability may be offered separately and may be accepted or declined.
No minimum number of clients, bookings, sessions, hours or income is guaranteed.
Recurring clients A contractor who chooses to accept an ongoing recurring client relationship is expected to provide reasonable continuity for accepted engagements.
If the contractor wishes to change availability in a way that affects recurring engagements, they are expected to provide reasonable advance notice and cooperate with Reina Ray in transitioning affected clients.
This does not require contractors to maintain general availability or accept additional engagements.
