Pet Concierge (Boarding & Daycare Associate)

At Petfinity, we're building a new kind of pet care experience in Calgary. Our facility brings together boarding, daycare, grooming, training, rehabilitation, and retail services under one roof, all with one goal: providing exceptional care for pets and peace of mind for their families.

We're looking for a Pet Concierge to join our Boarding & Daycare Team. If you're experienced with animal care, enjoy staying active, and care deeply about the wellbeing of pets, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

As part of our Boarding & Daycare Team, you'll play an important role in making sure every pet in our care feels safe, comfortable, and well looked after.

Your responsibilities will include

- Supervising dogs during group play and ensuring safe interactions
- Monitoring pet behaviour, appetite, and overall wellbeing
- Preparing meals and administering medications according to care instructions
- Cleaning and maintaining kennels, play areas, and common spaces
- Providing attentive, compassionate care to each pet throughout their stay
- Working closely with team members to keep daily operations running smoothly
- Helping create a positive experience for both pets and their owners

What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, and passionate about animal care.

You'll be a great fit if you have:





- 1-2 years of experience in a professional animal care environment (boarding, daycare, veterinary clinic, shelter, or similar)
- Confidence handling dogs of various sizes, breeds, and temperaments
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to animal safety
- The ability to stay active throughout the day, including lifting, walking, cleaning, and standing for extended periods
- Availability to work a adaptable schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A positive attitude and willingness to support your team wherever needed
