: Reporting to the Manager, the Pharmacist -PharmD- Degree - Senior is committed to the integration of coordinating the orientation of new pharmacy team members, strengthening the provincial pharmacy practice model by leading provincial pharmacy practice projects, coordinating and/or supporting the SHA pharmacy residency programs and working to ensure development and maintenance of tools and information for healthcare providers and/or patients regarding medication-related issues within the SHA. Incumbents will liaise with the U of S, College of Pharmacy and Nutrition to facilitate experiential learning within SHA sites. The incumbent represents Pharmacy Services on designated committees and coordinating pharmacy initiatives as it relates to designated projects.
The incumbent works in a staff pharmacist role approximately 20% of work hours. "Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement"

Experience
- Two years hospital pharmacy experience
Education
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BSP)Entry-level Degree
Licenses
- CPRB certification from an accredited Pharmacy Residency Prgram is an asset
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
- Licensed with the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacy Professionals (SCPP)

- Saskatchewan College of Pharmacy Professionals (SCPP)
- Canadian Society of Hospital Pharmacy (CSHP)
