We are a well-established, community-focused pharmacy in Brampton, Ontario, serving our customers with dedication and personalized care for many years. Working alongside BramCity Medical Centre, our team works collaboratively and closely with the Physicians to support patient care. We are seeking a highly motivated and business-savvy Pharmacist to join our team, with a strong focus on developing cognitive services, including MedsChecks and Minor Ailments.

Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality pharmaceutical care to patients while ensuring compliance with all professional regulations.
- Lead and develop business strategies to grow cognitive services such as MedsChecks, Minor Ailments, and other clinical programs.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and the community to enhance pharmacy services.
- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of prescriptions using Kroll software.
- Stay up to date with regulatory requirements and best practices in pharmacy practice.
- Support the pharmacy team in maintaining operational efficiency and providing outstanding patient service.
- Educate patients on medication use,



chronic disease management, and overall wellness.

Requirements:
- Licensed and in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP).
- Proven experience in business development and cognitive services within a pharmacy setting.
- Strong proficiency in Kroll pharmacy software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- A passion for patient care and community engagement.
