Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. Duties

- Dispense prescription medications accurately in accordance with physicians’ orders and established protocols
- Provide expert guidance on medication usage, potential side effects, and interactions to patients and healthcare staff
- Ensure proper medication storage, handling, and documentation in compliance with safety standards
- Collaborate closely with medical teams to develop and review treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Administer medications when required, including injections or other forms of medication delivery
- Monitor patient responses to prescribed therapies and adjust medication plans as necessary under physician supervision




- Maintain comprehensive records of medication dispensed, patient interactions, and clinical notes to ensure traceability and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

- Valid licensure as a registered Pharmacist in the relevant jurisdiction
- Proven experience working in hospital or acute care environments is highly preferred
- Solid knowledge of medical terminology, pharmacology, and medication administration procedures
- Experience caring for pediatric patients and managing complex medication regimens is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills to effectively educate patients and collaborate with healthcare teams
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
