We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable High School Physics Tutor to help students strengthen their understanding of physics concepts and improve academic performance. The tutor will work with students in Grades 9–12, providing academic support, homework assistance, and exam preparation aligned with the Ontario high school curriculum.

Responsibilities

- Tutor high school students in physics courses
- Explain physics concepts clearly and effectively
- Assist with homework, assignments, quizzes, and test preparation
- Support students in developing problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Create personalized lesson plans based on student learning needs
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to students and parents when needed
- Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or current university enrollment in Physics, Engineering, Education, or a related field




- Strong understanding of high school physics curriculum
- Previous tutoring or teaching experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, responsible, and organized
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms is an asset
