? Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physiotherapist to join our rehabilitation and community care team in Salmon Arm, British Columbia . In this role, you will assess, plan, and implement evidence-based physiotherapy treatments for clients with musculoskeletal injuries, neurological conditions, post-surgical recovery needs, chronic illnesses, and mobility limitations. Your work will be essential in helping patients regain independence and achieve optimal physical function.

? Responsibilities

- Conduct detailed physical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions including exercise programs, manual therapy, mobility training, and pain management strategies
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and functional techniques
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with professional and regulatory standards
- Support discharge planning and recommend community resources when required
- Uphold best practices in safety, quality,



and patient-centered rehabilitation

? Requirements – What You’ll Bring

✔ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy

✔ Current registration or eligibility with the College of Physical Therapists of BC (CPTBC)

✔ Experience in acute care, outpatient rehab, community health, or musculoskeletal practice areas

✔ Strong assessment, manual therapy, and clinical reasoning skills

✔ Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

✔ Excellent communication, patient education, and time-management skills

✔ Commitment to providing safe, evidence-based, culturally sensitive care
