Responsibilities

- Oversee the daily operations of the physiotherapy clinic, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality patient care
- Supervise clinical staff, including physiotherapists, administrative personnel, and support staff, fostering a collaborative team environment
- Coordinate patient scheduling, intake procedures, and treatment plans to optimize clinic efficiency and patient satisfaction
- Manage clinic budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-effective strategies to maintain financial health
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and privacy laws related to electronic medical records and patient confidentiality




- Utilize clinical management software Juvonno for scheduling, billing, and record keeping
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical terminology and current physiotherapy practices to support clinical excellence

Qualifications

- Proven supervising experience in a healthcare setting, preferably within physiotherapy or related fields
- Strong background in clinic or medical office management with experience in electronic medical records systems
- Knowledge of healthcare billing processes and budgeting principles
- Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy and acute care environments
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with staff, patients, and external healthcare providers
- Experience working in physiotherapy clinic or medical office settings is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team while maintaining high standards of patient care and operational efficiency
