Evening Shifts | Thursday–Sunday

We're looking for someone to join our closing crew!

This is an evening position, working Thursday through Sunday, helping our kitchen finish strong at the end of the night. You'll be a big part of making sure the kitchen is clean, organized, stocked, and ready to go for the next day.

This isn't just a dishwashing job. You'll help with dishes, assist the kitchen with prep when needed, and tackle the nightly cleaning that keeps Boneheads running smoothly.

Restaurant experience is excellent, but we'd much rather hire someone who's reliable, works hard, and takes pride in doing a good job. We can teach the rest.

What You'll Be Doing

- Washing dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout the evening.
- Helping with food prep as needed, including portioning, chopping, peeling, and restocking ingredients.
- Assisting the kitchen team during the dinner rush whenever an extra set of hands is needed.
- Keeping the dish pit and kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly.
- Completing nightly closing duties, including:
- Sweeping and mopping.
- Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen surfaces and equipment.
- Taking out garbage and recycling.
- Restocking supplies for the next day.
- Helping leave the kitchen clean, organized, and ready for the morning crew.




- Following all food safety and sanitation procedures.

What We're Looking For
- Someone who shows up on time and is ready to work.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Someone who enjoys staying busy and working as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for the duration of your shift.
- Takes pride in leaving things cleaner than they found them.

Experience Kitchen, dishwashing, or restaurant experience is an asset, but it's not required. If you're dependable and willing to learn, we'll teach you everything you need to know.
