We are currently seeking an experienced Plant Manager to join our leadership team and play a key role in the continued growth and success of our state-of-the-art meat processing facility in Parkhill, Ontario.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the President & CEO, the Plant Manager will provide leadership and oversight for all plant operations, ensuring production goals, food safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and operational performance are consistently achieved.

This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for developing high-performing teams while driving continuous improvement across the operation.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead all plant operations and department managers.
- Drive production performance, quality, food safety, and operational excellence.
- Develop, coach, and mentor leadership and production teams.
- Improve efficiencies, yields, throughput, and overall plant performance.
- Ensure compliance with CFIA regulations, company policies, and food safety standards.




- Monitor production KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and safety.

Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of Plant Management experience within a food manufacturing environment.
- Robust leadership and people development skills.
- Experience managing production, quality, maintenance, inventory, and food safety programs.
- Knowledge of HACCP, CFIA requirements, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to lead change and improve operational performance.
