Overview TRC is seeking a PMO Analyst to join our TRC Digital team for a portfolio of projects in the electric and gas utility domain. The PMO Analyst will be an essential part of our team, growing support expertise and enablement across domains. This role works closely with Project Managers and delivery teams to develop and maintain project schedules and resource plans, support project financial management, and coordinate status reporting across assigned projects.

Responsibilities

- Gather input from sales, delivery, project team members, vendors, and client stakeholders to develop and maintain weekly project schedules and resource plans in MS Project. Take responsibility for resource forecast accuracy across the assigned portfolio of projects.
- Coordinate project status reporting by collecting project updates from team members, including schedule, budget, and key performance information, and ensuring that project performance data is accurate and up to date.
- Collect and analyze project performance data, maintain project budgets and Estimated at Completion (EAC) figures,



and conduct budget-to-plan analysis to support proactive financial and schedule management.
- Manage deliverable tracking and project documentation; coordinate project meetings (including developing agendas, preparing meeting minutes, and capturing action items); and follow up on action items and issues to drive them to closure.
- Maintain project budget and financial figures, including monitoring actuals versus forecasts, and support Project Managers in managing project financial health.
- Validate customer invoices prior to submission and identify and follow up on past-due payments, working with internal stakeholders to support timely billing and collections.
- Support project teams in tracking and reporting project performance, including schedule adherence, budget status, and other key metrics, and contribute to continuous improvement of reporting practices.
- Contribute to the improvement and development of dashboards and reports (e.g., using Power BI or similar tools) to enhance visibility into project and portfolio performance

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school or university is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project support, project analysis, or PMO-related roles.
- Proven experience in project scheduling and analysis using MS Project and Excel, and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project).
- Knowledge of project financials and budgeting, including basic understanding of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Strengths in organization and planning, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a quick-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Effective oral and written communication skills, with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with Project Managers, delivery teams, and other stakeholders.




- Team player with the proven ability to build strong working relationships across functions.
- Excellent organizational skills and a high level of detail orientation.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with using and developing reports and dashboards (e.g., Power BI).
- Experience with earned value analysis and budget management.

Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors. Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company’s annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
