Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients by chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as assembling salads, garnishing dishes, and setting up stations for service.
- Follow food safety protocols diligently to maintain cleanliness and prevent cross-contamination.
- Support cooking staff by organizing supplies, stocking stations, and ensuring all ingredients are ready for use.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.




- Help with inventory management by rotating stock and notifying supervisors of low supplies or expired items.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal preparation and uphold our commitment to quality service.

Experience

- Previous food handling or food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
- Familiarity with serving or meal preparation in a restaurant or food industry setting is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen safety procedures and proper food handling techniques is essential.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment helps you adapt quickly and stay organized under pressure.
