Duties

- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
- Conduct routine facilities maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, fixing minor repairs, and ensuring equipment is in good working order.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory, restock materials as needed, and ensure proper storage of cleaning products in accordance with safety regulations.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks during scheduled intervals or as directed by supervisors.




- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with team members to complete daily tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.

Experience

- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and proper handling of cleaning chemicals is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating basic maintenance tools.
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying areas needing attention or repair.
- Good communication skills to effectively follow instructions and report issues clearly.
- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality in previous roles or work environments.
