Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $26.67 to $32.15, based on experience.

Shift: 7am to 3:30pm Dayshift

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Press Brake Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for bending, fabricating, assembling, and prepping sheet metal products using a variety of tools and machinery. You’ll work closely with engineers and production leads to ensure high-quality output that meets project specifications.

Applicants with experience in sheet metal using CNC Press Brakes will be considered first. We have 3 Accurpress Press Brakes that all of our forming is done on.

Key Responsibilities:

- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
- Bend, cut,



and shape sheet metal using hand tools, power tools, and CNC machinery
- Experience with saws and iron workers an asset
- Assemble components using riveting and fastening techniques
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, protected working environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years experience in metal fabrication
- Preference will be given to those with Bending experience
- Proven experience as a sheet metal fabricator or similar role
- Proficiency in operating fabrication tools and machinery
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Capable of using calipers, micrometres and other measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials
- Forklift experience and certification is an asset
- Competent English skills required
