Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with purchases and inquiries in the pro shop
- Manage cash handling transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide information about products, services, and upcoming events to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop area
- Assist with food service operations when necessary, including serving snacks or beverages
- Support guest services by answering questions and resolving concerns promptly
- Engage with children and families to create a welcoming environment
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor

- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
