Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, offering assistance and information about the facility’s offerings
- Manage daily shop operations, including sales transactions, inventory management, and restocking merchandise
- Handle cash register operations accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and guiding guests through available services
- Assist with food service activities when needed, maintaining cleanliness and adhering to safety standards
- Promote upcoming events or programs through engaging public speaking or informational displays
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop area to ensure a welcoming environment at all times
Skills
- Ability to confidently communicate with guests and promote facility activities
- Excellent customer service and guest services skills to create positive interactions with diverse audiences
- Cash handling experience to manage transactions accurately and responsibly
- Must be willing to obtain Smart Serve Certification
- Food service experience is a plus for assisting with snack bar or refreshment areas
- Background in hospitality or related fields that emphasize friendly service and team collaboration
