Agrocentre Belcan Inc. is expanding. In order to meet the expansion, we are looking for additional team members in the Winchester location.

Belcan is a specialized, chemical free soybean crushing operation. Safety and quality are our main drivers. If you are motivated and want to learn about soybean processing for livestock feed, we will offer you complete training of the entire process.

We are hiring Process Operators to run and monitor equipment in a fast-paced soybean processing facility. This is a critical role focused on maintaining throughput, minimizing downtime, and supporting overall plant performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor plant equipment
- Maintain steady production throughput
- Identify and troubleshoot process issues




- Record production data and report issues
- Work closely with supervisors and quality control

Requirements
- 2+ years industrial or process experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve
- Willingness to work shifts
- Ability to work rotating shifts and weekends
