Production Operator – Candiac, Quebec Help Shape the Future of Nutrition Location: Candiac, Quebec

Position Type: Full-Time, Hourly – Operations

Shift: Rotating 12-hour shifts (days/nights, weekends as required)

About The Role We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and safety-focused Production Operator to join our team. In this essential role, you will play a key part in supporting efficient production operations at our Candiac, Quebec facility. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean work environment while ensuring the secure and efficient operation of production equipment.

What You'll Do

- Perform general housekeeping throughout the work area.
- Handle containers and bags weighing up to 25 kg.
- Operate a forklift (a valid driver's license is required).
- Operate and perform daily maintenance on a valve bagging machine.
- Operate a one-ton (tote) bagging machine.
- Accurately complete production documentation.
- Follow all health, safety, and food safety policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve optimal operational performance.
- Participate in departmental continuous improvement initiatives.

- Ability to learn quickly and follow company policies and procedures.
- Physical ability to:
- Climb stairs and use ladders.
- Repeatedly lift 25 kg bags throughout the shift.
- Work at heights and in varying environmental conditions (heat, cold, dust).
- Stand or sit for extended periods.
- Bend, kneel, and squat as required.
- Availability to work rotating shifts (days, nights,



weekdays, and weekends) and overtime as required.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic math skills.

Education & Experience

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated commitment to safe work practices.
- Respectful, proactive, and results-oriented approach.
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is considered an asset.
- Active participation in food safety and workplace safety programs.

Additional Requirements

- Successful completion of a pre-employment medical examination and reference check.
- Compliance with ADM's environmental, health, and safety standards.
- Availability to work overtime as required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Relocation assistance is not available.
