Responsibilities

- Analyze user journeys, feature adoption, engagement, and retention
- Build and maintain product dashboards and recurring metric reports
- Help define events, funnels, cohorts, and product success metrics
- Support experiment design, measurement, and post-launch analysis




- Investigate changes in user behavior and identify actionable patterns
- Check data quality and collaborate on analytics instrumentation
- Present concise findings and recommendations to product stakeholders

Qualification

Required

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- Strong quantitative reasoning and attention to detail
- Experience using spreadsheets and analyzing structured datasets
- Ability to communicate findings clearly to technical and nontechnical audiences
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote setting

Preferred

- Familiarity with SQL and product-analytics or BI tools
- Understanding of funnels, cohorts, A/B testing, and basic statistics
- Exposure to Python, R, data visualization, or event instrumentation
- Previous internship, project, or coursework in product analytics
