What You'll Do

- Build relationships with customers and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial greeting to vehicle delivery
- Learn and maintain expert knowledge of Toyota vehicles, features, and technologies
- Generate and follow up on sales leads through phone, email, and in-person communication
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
- Work closely with management and finance teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain consistent follow-up with customers before and after the sale
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals while contributing to overall team success
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
