Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d’un Product Owner pour un contrat d’une durée de 12 mois avec possibilité de renouvellement.

MANDAT

- Définir et faire évoluer la vision du produit
- Prioriser et maintenir le backlog produit à jour
- Rédiger les récits utilisateurs et critères d'acceptation
- Collaborer avec les utilisateurs d'affaires et la gouvernance
- Travailler au cœur d'une équipe d'environ 20 personnes
- Œuvrer dans un environnement sur Dynamics 365 et Power Platform

PROFIL

- 5+ années comme Product Owner durant les 10 dernières années
- 15+ années d'expérience globale en TI
- Expérience confirmée en gestion de produits agiles ou hybrides
- Aisance à travailler avec des équipes multidisciplinaires
- Forte capacité d'analyse, de vulgarisation et de synthèse
- Expérience avec Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations (atout)
- Connaissance de Microsoft Power Platform et Power BI (atout)
- Certification Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) ou équivalent (atout)
- BAC en TI, en administration des affaires ou en gestion
- Français requis

PROFILE

- 5+ years as a Product Owner in the last 10 years
- 15+ years of overall IT experience
- Proven experience in agile or hybrid product management
- Comfortable working within multidisciplinary teams
- Robust analytical, communication and synthesis skills
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations (asset)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and Power BI (asset)
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent (asset)
- Bachelor's in IT, business administration or management
- French required
