What You’ll Do:

- Lead our production team to achieve top-notch efficiency and quality.
- Keep our manufacturing processes smooth, safe, and compliant.
- Support and guide your team, fostering an accountable, positive and productive atmosphere.
- Collaborate with Quality and Maintenance teams to tackle equipment and process challenges.
- Use your analytical skills to drive continuous improvement.

What You Need:

- Food manufacturing experience is ideal, with at least 5 years in a manufacturing supervision role.
- Proven experience in a unionized setting.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving,



and communication skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism and respect for all
- Proficiency in production management tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
