Ennova Facades Inc. is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing team across general labour, assembly, and fabrication. This hands-on role is responsible for ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety expectations are consistently achieved while developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials to meet production schedules.
- Supervise, coach, and develop production employees.
- Performance management, and disciplinary matters in partnership with Human Resources.
- Monitor production performance and resolve operational issues.
- Review employee timesheets and time-off requests.
- Maintain a secure, clean, and organized work environment.
- Promote continuous improvement in quality, efficiency, and employee engagement.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of production supervision experience.
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints.
- Experience operating production equipment safely.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with production reporting, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office.





Preferred Experience
- Machine shop operations.
- Laser cutting equipment.
- Press brake operation.
- Fabrication or architectural products manufacturing.
