We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment focused on food processing, packaging, and sanitation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, food safety standards, and mechanical operations.

Responsibilities

- Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of fish
- Operate production machinery as trained and assigned
- Wrap and package prepared goods
- Inspect products and packaging for basic quality defects




- Clean and sanitize the workspace
