Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including living areas, kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas, following established standards.
- Manage laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes and linens.
- Maintain detailed schedules to ensure timely completion of all cleaning assignments and adhere to client preferences.
- Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively to achieve optimal results.
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service.




- Organize supplies and equipment to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.

Qualifications

- Fluency in English; proficiency in French is a plus for communicating with diverse clients.
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively across multiple properties.
- Excellent organizational skills to keep track of supplies, schedules, and client preferences.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Good communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Basic knowledge of laundry procedures and cleaning techniques; familiarity with household appliances is advantageous.
