Position : Program Director

Location : Vancouver, British Columbia

We are seeking an experienced Program Director to lead a large-scale, strategic managed services engagement supporting. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for the successful delivery of a multi-year transformation program spanning Applications, Infrastructure, Security, and PMO/Governance functions.

As the single accountable delivery leader, you will serve as the executive point of contact for the client, driving operational excellence, governance, financial performance, and long-term business outcomes. This role requires exceptional executive presence, commercial acumen, and a proven track record of leading complex technology transformation programs within Financial Services.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the single accountable leader for the end-to-end managed services engagement.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, acting as the primary client interface for all delivery matters.
- Lead a large, multi-disciplinary organization across Applications, Infrastructure, Security, and PMO/Governance teams.
- Drive successful delivery of large-scale transformation initiatives while ensuring alignment with client business objectives.
- Establish and lead executive governance forums, steering committees, and operational reviews.
- Ensure achievement of contractual commitments, service levels (SLAs), KPIs, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Oversee program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue, margin management, and commercial performance.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate delivery, operational, financial, and program risks.
- Foster collaboration across multiple service lines to deliver integrated, high-quality solutions.
- Champion operational excellence, continuous improvement, innovation, and AI-enabled service transformation.
- Lead,



mentor, and develop senior delivery leaders while building a high-performing, accountable organization.
- Partner with internal leadership teams to support strategic planning, resource management, and long-term account growth.

Required Skills & Experience Executive Stakeholder & Client Management

- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with CXO-level stakeholders.
- Strong executive communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Experience serving as the executive sponsor or primary delivery leader for strategic client engagements.

Large-Scale Program & Multi-Tower Delivery Leadership

- Proven success leading complex technology transformation and managed services programs.
- Extensive experience delivering integrated services across Applications, Infrastructure, Security, and PMO functions.
- Robust understanding of enterprise delivery models, service integration, and operational governance.

Governance, Commercial & Financial Management

- Deep expertise in governance frameworks, risk management, and contract execution.
- Strong financial management capabilities, including P&L; ownership, forecasting, budgeting, and margin optimization.
- Ability to balance client outcomes, operational excellence, and commercial objectives.

Qualifications

- Progressive leadership experience in large-scale IT programs, managed services, or digital transformation.
- Extensive experience managing enterprise technology delivery within Financial Services or other highly regulated industries.
- Proven experience leading geographically distributed, cross-functional delivery organizations.
- Strong understanding of governance, service management, and operational excellence frameworks.
- Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and strategic planning capabilities.
