Job Title Program Manager Work Mode : Onsite Location : Montreal QC CA Job Summary The Program Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing multiple related projects to achieve strategic business objectives. This role works closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities - Lead and oversee multiple projects within a program from initiation to completion.

- Develop program plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues.
- Monitor program performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Communicate program status, milestones, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and executives.
- Manage dependencies between projects and ensure alignment with business priorities.
- Facilitate meetings, decision-making,



and conflict resolution among stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in program management processes and methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 10+ years of experience in program or project management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Solid leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, or Smartsheet).
