The Project

Analyst will report to the Manager, Office of Strategy Management. This temporary part time role emphasizes operational improvements in Interventional Radiology, requiring a blend of analytical and project management skills. The ideal candidate will help analyze performance trends and implement practical solutions to enhance clinical workflows and patient care. Key Responsibilities:

- Identify process gaps and create actionable operational solutions
- Analyze performance data to drive project outcomes




- Develop management dashboards for informed decision-making
- Design tools and workflows to support process improvements
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement across multidisciplinary teams Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in relevant fields
- Minimum 2 years in healthcare improvement initiatives
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in hospital or healthcare environments preferred Support critical IR initiatives while utilizing your analytical and coordination skills at UHN.
