Expected Wage Range: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

As a Project Coordinator at CIMS LP, you will be a key contributor towards CIMS success by assisting with proposal submissions and project coordination while embodying CIMS corporate values of Our People, Our Promise, Our Passion.

You will be accountable for:

- Providing daily support to the Director of proposal submissions and project coordination.
- Importing and managing items provided by Project Manager into InEight, including pay items, CBS/WBS, etc.
- Assisting with project related procurement in ERP (Business Central) including the generations of requisitions, purchase orders, etc.
- Project accounting functions include managing the budget, tracking if team expenses and minimizing exposure and risk in the project.
- Serving as a key link with the clients and review the deliverables prepared by the team before passing them on to the client.
- Co-ordinating the efforts of all parties involved in the project, which includes QA/QC, Engineering, Consultants, Contractors, sub-contractors.

A successful candidate would be an individual who has:

- Completion of Technical Degree or equivalent education (considered an asset).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction coordination (drawing reviews, contract administration, document management, change order procedures, etc.).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and in computer Office Suite applications, i.e. Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills – Direct interactions with management, clients, vendors, and employees.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and other construction-related documentation.





Working conditions you can expect while performing your role include:

- Working in operating plant facilities including pulp mills, refineries, smelters.
- Working in high stress situations (i.e. collections, investigations and meeting deadlines).
- Lifting, standing, walking.
- May be required to work outside of normal work hours (8+hrs a day, including possible weekends and holidays).
