Our client, a well-established and growing construction organization, is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team in Charlottetown, PEI.

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented construction professional who enjoys being involved throughout the entire project lifecycle — from estimating and pre-construction through to project completion. The successful candidate will work closely with Project Managers, suppliers, subcontractors, consultants, and clients to help deliver successful commercial and development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate projects from pre-construction through completion
- Support project scheduling, documentation, procurement, and material coordination
- Manage submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and project documentation
- Assist with estimating, including material take-offs, supplier pricing, and tender submissions
- Coordinate subcontractor communication and site activities
- Support change orders, budget tracking, and project reporting
- Build strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, clients, and internal teams





What We’re Looking For:

- Experience in construction project coordination, estimating, or project administration
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and construction-related software
- Construction Management, Engineering Technology, or related education is considered an asset
