Pay: CA$18.00 - CA$30.00 per hour

We are currently seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to join our team and make an immediate impact.

Position Overview:

The Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting project managers with the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in managing project schedules, budgets, and documentation
- MUST HAVE CARPENTRY KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- Communicate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, and clients
- Help coordinate site activities to ensure projects stay on track
- Prepare, organize, and maintain project files and reports
- Support the permitting, procurement,



and closeout processes
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to management

Requirements:

- Proven experience in the Restoration/ construction industry (project coordination or related role)
- MUST HAVE CARPENTRY KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- Strong understanding of construction practices and terminology
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a rapid-paced environment
- Must be able to start immediately
