Job Title: Sr Project Manager

Duration: 4 Months (Highly chance to extends)

Location: Toronto, ON (Need to go 2-3 days in week onsite)

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning, Delivery & Execution

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of medium-to-high complexity technology projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Drive operational optimization, efficiency, and capacity planning for assigned initiatives.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders during project initiation to define scope, delivery methodology, timelines, and success criteria.
- Manage project scope, requirements, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and cost forecasts.
- Establish project governance, define KPIs, and track performance against agreed metrics.
- Identify, assess, and proactively manage operational and tactical risks while escalating issues when appropriate.
- Resolve project roadblocks and facilitate timely decision-making to maintain project momentum.
- Support the integration and adoption of technology solutions within business operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery, operational efficiency, and cost optimization.
- Coordinate End User Services resources to ensure projects and operational requests are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Assist in preparing planning and funding documentation (PARs) to secure required approvals and project funding.
- Develop and standardize processes, workflows, and operational procedures to improve service delivery effectiveness.

Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors,



and senior leadership.
- Provide regular project status updates, executive reports, and risk communications to senior management.
- Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committee updates, and weekly project review sessions.
- Prepare and deliver presentations tailored to both technical and business audiences.
- Collaborate closely with IT Infrastructure, Operations, Application teams, Lines of Business (LOBs), and external vendors to ensure successful project execution.
- Coordinate resource planning and scheduling based on project priorities and business requirements.
- Produce weekly project status reports, dashboards, and project documentation.

Required Experience & Skills
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and project governance.
- Experience managing project scope, budget, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional global technology and business teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Technical Skills Candidates should have intermediate to expert-level proficiency with:
- Jira

- Microsoft PowerPoint
