Reporting to the Manager of Accounting, this position requires a detail-oriented qualified experienced in residential property management.

You will perform full-cycle accounting tasks such as financial statement preparation, cash flow analysis, and monthly reconciliations. Strong organizational skills and analytical ability are crucial for success in this role. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct weekly bank reconciliations for assigned properties
- Prepare and analyze monthly cash flows and financial statements
- Assist property management with annual property budget preparation




- Review tenant accounts and support collection efforts
- Communicate effectively with internal and external partners Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum of 3 years of general accounting experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Yardi software
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
