Dynasty Properties is a locally owned property management company specializing in residential leasing in Northern Alberta.

Currently seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Athabasca, Alberta

Responsibilities

-Outdoor maintenance of sidewalk in the winter and lawn care in the summer at several sites around Athabasca

-Renovation of suites. (Paint, flooring, drywall & patch work)

-Janitorial work (garbage removal, minor cleaning, dump runs)

-Minor Plumbing & Electrical troubleshooting

-Completing maintenance requests assigned from property manager

-Valid Drivers license required and a reliable vehicle

-Some travel required to different communities to help at other sites
