Role Description The Property Manager role is a full-time hybrid position based in Calgary, AB, with a mix of on-site property visits and work-from-home flexibility.
The Property
Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including tenant relations, lease administration, rent collection, and coordination of maintenance and repairs. This role will conduct regular property inspections, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Manager will prepare and review budgets, monitor expenses, and provide accurate reporting to ownership.
The position also involves responding promptly to tenant inquiries and issues, supporting marketing and leasing activities as required, and contributing to continuous improvement of property management processes.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in property management or real estate operations, including tenant relations, lease administration, and coordination of maintenance services.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with skills in scheduling, prioritizing tasks, and handling multiple properties or projects simultaneously.
- Financial and administrative skills, such as basic budgeting, expense tracking, and familiarity with property management or accounting software.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with tenants, owners, vendors, and internal team members.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, with sound judgment in addressing tenant concerns, maintenance issues, and operational challenges.
- Comfort with hybrid work arrangements, including working independently from home and conducting on-site visits as required in Calgary, AB.
- Knowledge of local housing regulations, building standards, and health and safety requirements is an asset.
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education in real estate, business, or a related field and relevant professional certifications (e.g., property management designations) are considered an advantage.
