Job Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented QC Analyst to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, laboratory experience, and a passion for ensuring the highest standards of product quality. As a QC Analyst, you will be responsible for performing rigorous data collection, analysis, and research to support quality control processes.

Your expertise in data analysis tools and programming languages will be instrumental in maintaining compliance with industry standards and enhancing product integrity.

Duties

- Participate in the Development, Validation, Verification and execution of analytical protocols and test methods for raw materials and formulated products.
- Drafting/writing reports, SOPs, STMs, protocols and other documentation as directed.
- Responsible for maintenance of documentation, including laboratory notebooks, equipment log books and analytical data according to set standards.
- Trouble-shoot various analytical equipment as applicable.
- Testing of raw materials, formulated and commercial products under stability program as applicable.
- Generate test data for calibration o reference and impurity standards as directed.
- Generate test data for release of in-process and finished products as directed.
- Generate test data for physico-chemical profiling of raw materials, reference products and formulated products as directed.
- Follows routine protocols and procedures under close supervision and performs laboratory tests utilizing requisite lab equipment and instruments.
- Responsible for laboratory maintenance, preparing solutions, ordering supplies and maintaining technical records.
- Analyzes data under the direction of professional staff and prepares reports.
- Prepares, cleans, sterilizes, and maintains laboratory equipment, glassware, and instruments used in research experiments and lab area.




- Schedules and overseas the maintains, adjustment, or calibration of laboratory instruments, apparatus, or testing devices.
- Monitors inventory levels, orders materials and supplies in accordance with established policies and procedures, counts orders upon receipt Sampling of new materials, packaging material and excipient.
- Receiving, log-in and labeling samples for testing in the labeling samples for testing in the lab.
- Packing, recording and shipping samples to contract lab for testing.
- Record and update lab books
- Make copies of laboratory results/reports to particular departments and keeping track thereof.
- Other duties as assigned Coordinate equipment and facility qualification projects to meet target timelines; where necessary, identify contractors and negotiate contracts.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to plan and schedule qualification activities.

- Proven laboratory experience with a strong focus on quality control or related fields.
- Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis skills using statistical software such as R, Python, or MATLAB.
- Experience in data collection methods within a research or manufacturing workplace.
- Familiarity with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for spatial data analysis is advantageous.
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets accurately.
- Prior experience working in a regulated environment with strict compliance requirements.
- Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and standard operating procedures is essential.
