Job Summary

Accelyst is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist with strong expertise in Manual Testing, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, BI/ETL Testing, and Azure DevOps . The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing end-to-end testing activities for enterprise web-based applications while ensuring software quality throughout the Agile development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scripts for enterprise applications.
- Perform Manual Testing including Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, Performance, Accessibility (AODA), Unit, and Non-Functional Testing.
- Test Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions and web-based applications.
- Perform BI Dashboard and ETL testing , including source-to-target data validation, data completeness, accuracy, integrity, and reconciliation.
- Create and manage testing artifacts, defects,



and reports using Azure DevOps .
- Execute SQL-based data validation and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and stakeholders to resolve defects and ensure application quality.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint reviews, and requirement workshops.
- Provide testing status updates, documentation, and knowledge transfer throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

- 8+ years of Manual Testing and Quality Assurance experience.
- 3+ years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM testing experience.
- 5+ years of BI and end-to-end ETL testing experience.
- Experience with Azure DevOps , Agile methodology, and SDLC.
- Strong SQL skills for data validation and comparison.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
