Job Summary

Our team is seeking for an experienced Quartz Countertop Installer.

In this role, you will be responsible for installing the high quality quartz pieces provided by us. You will also be responsible in transporting them to their respectful sites. We have all the tools and vehicle necessary to carry out this job.

Your expertise will ensure seamless installations, and customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting prospect to showcase your meticulously curated technical crafts, and to be a part of a team with the shared goal of displaying our beautiful stones.

Duties

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation instructions to ensure accurate countertop fitting
- Measure work areas precisely using hand tools and construction techniques to guarantee perfect fitment
- Cut, shape, and polish quartz slabs utilizing specialized tools while adhering to safety standards
- Install countertops securely using appropriate fasteners, caulking, and sealing techniques for a flawless finish
- Perform surface preparation including flooring installation, tile laying, or restoration as needed before installation
- Apply caulking and sealants to ensure watertight finishes and prevent future damage




- Collaborate with team members on project timelines, safety protocols, and quality control measures

Skills

- Proficiency with hand tools such as saws, drills, grinders, and measuring devices
- Construction experience with a focus on carpentry, plumbing, welding, or flooring installation
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately for precise installation planning
- Strong knowledge of caulking techniques and surface sealing methods
- Experience in restoration work or construction painting is a plus for finishing touches
- Familiarity with tile laying and flooring installation enhances versatility in project scope
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt plans based on site conditions
