Position Summary
Looking for student Laboratory Assistants
Department
Natural Resource Ecology Laboratory
Anticipated Start Date
August 24, 2026
Anticipated Weekly Hours
10-30 hours depending on employee availability
Essential Duties
- Soil sieving
- Analyze soil for pH, moisture, texture, inorganic carbon and other analytes as needed
- Critical cleaning of laboratory glassware
- Data entry
- Other Lab tasks as required
- Workstudy preferred but not required
- Students in agriculture, life sciences, biology or related fields preferred but not required
