Hours & Compensation
Temporary Full time until approximately April 2028 | Monday to Friday | 11:30 am to 6:00 pm in the Childcare Centre and School-Age Program. Pay Rate: $30.36 per hour (based on current funding) + 2% in lieu of benefits
This is a unionized position and is subject to the terms and conditions of the Collective Agreement with Unifor Local302.

- Knowledge of and demonstrated experience in the area of Early Childhood Education and development.
- Previous experience working with children
- Knowledge of and familiarity with the Child Care and Early Years Act and use of environmental assessment tools.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with staff, parents, children, and the public.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Registered Early Childhood Educator Diploma
- College of Early Childhood Educators registration number
- Current Vulnerable Sector Check document
- Standard First Aid and CPR Level-C certification
- Safe Food Handling certification
